reuse
projects
in
Middle
East and
North
Africa,
India,
Far East
and

He has over 20 years experience of running companies in the International water treatment Industry. Before completing the acquisition of Cumberland he was previously in the senior management teams of Singapore based $250m
valued Global engineering and contracting Group operating in the power and water sector.
He had previously spent 3 years as European Sales and Marketing Manager for a $500m services division of a UK water company managing and coordinating all sales activities through direct sales and a network of 30 plus agents. |

In-Hyun Baik - Vice President (Korea Operations)
|
In Hyun is the Vice President for Cumberland operations in Korea which is
focused on provided technical support and project management for our contracts
with Korean main contractors. He leads the Cumberland team in Korea including
assessment of potential Korean vendors for incorporation into Cumberland
projects worldwide.
In Hyun has 25 years’ experience of designing, project managing and
commissioning various water treatment systems including demineralization plant,
water intake systems, and electro-chlorination systems.
He had previously worked 15 years for Daewoo Engineering, which is one of the
largest engineering companies in Korea. |

Phil Creed - Engineering Manager

Phil has been involved in the electro-chlorination industry for over 30 years. He progressed through product design and development to project management and now heads the engineering department located in Dubai.
During the last 4 years he was involved in front engineering and design of oil and gas production in West Africa before joining the team in Dubai earlier this year. |

commercial costing and sales of water and wastewater treatment and
desalination plants.
He is a member of professional bodies such as International Desalination

Johan has 18 years experience in Municipal and Industrial Water and Wastewater markets covering project management, mechanical design, specifications, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and process equipment and also have experience in Petrochemical Pipeline and Pumping Systems.
He spent 10 years working for Africon Engineering International in South Africa as an Associate, Senior Mechanical Engineer and Senior Project Manager. Johan relocated to the Middle East in 2004 when he joined KEO International Consultants in Doha, Qatar as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Senior Project Manager where he worked for 3 years. Most recently he work three years as Senior Client Representative / Project Manager for a UAE Utility Development Company. |

Robert has been working in the field of quality assurance for over 15 years and has designed, implemented, managed and audited quality and environmental systems to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
He is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2008 accredited quality management systems.
Robert closely monitors the methods, procedures and regular checking which leads to the planned and desired results. |

Peter is the Managing Director and owner of Seawater – Solutions a partnership providing consulting services to contractors and developers involved with large seawater intakes for Power and Industrial projects worldwide.
He was previously a Business Development Director for a $500million
valued Canadian listed company involved in water treatment projects. The Main Board of Brackett Green (formerly Hawker Siddeley Brackett) from 1997 – 2007 responsible for Sales and worldwide business development.
1985-1997 Resident Overseas (Far East) as Director and General Manager responsible for starting and running the Far East Operations of Rotork Controls a UK listed $400 million company.
Peter has joined Cumberland as a Non Executive Director to assist with Business Development and Growth Strategies. |
