When Cumberland Electrochemical was relaunched under new ownership in 2004/5 we perhaps never thought that within one year we would secure one of our most significant and successful projects.
Our PANCLOR system at Peterhead power station in Scotland was installed in 2006 on a full turnkey basis, including all civil work and even use of specialist diving crew for installation of seawater dosing pipework.
Full process, manufacturing, mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning carried out and managed by our people.
Well maintained by the staff of SSE over the years, the plant remains in tip top condition and takes a pride of place in Cumberland's now long list of onshore and offshore reference projects around the World.
Today we send new PANCLOR cell internals to SSE for installation into the existing plant and wish them well. We look forward to supporting them and all our clients through our after sales team located at our head office in Oxfordshire.
